Who can go wrong with a Lou's pizza?? A little on the slow side but very good pizza.
I love Lou Malnati's Deep Dish Pizza, but this location is hit or miss. It's rare that I get both an acceptable pizza AND salad. If my pizza is cooked to perfection then they give me salad with rotten lettuce and cucumbers. If my salad is perfect then they give me a burnt pizza.nnI just want my order to be perfect every time.
Been ordering and eating from Lou's for over a decade and have only ever had one poor experience and that was during a pandemic, so it's understandable. However, when I raised concern with the store manager they definitely took it seriously and made sure we were treated well on our next delivery order. Extremely happy with the service and response time. Thank you so much for being there during these hard times!
I had a free pizza from my rewards when it arrived I noticed there was pork on it, me and my family do not eat pork so I called them just to see if I accidentally ordered it that way, it turned out I did, I was not expecting anything since it was totally my mistake but Rebecca was super amazing and they sent my another one thank you so much
Satisfying taste of the pizza, very friendly staff. However, if you are ordering carryout for a long distance travel, it might be better to take off their non-stick sheet on the pizza, because my pizza got very moist when I arrived at my house. I would like to try it when it's hot and fresh.
