Nice quick efficient service and more importantly is that the copied keys work great.
It was my first time using the kiosk. I had to make house keys. I found it to be easy, my keys work very good. I will be recommending ppl to make their keys . I too went to Menards
I had a house key made using the KeyMe machine in Menard. It was simple and easy. The key fit with no problems!
I had come to the KeyMe kiosk because I had went to a big box improvement store and they told me they couldn't duplicate my key. So when I got to the kiosk, and they said they couldn't manufacture my key at the kiosk but could mail it to me, I was fine with that. They said it would be shipped between 3-5 days but with COVID-19 they said there could be a delay. I received my key in 6 days but that's okay since the big box store told me I couldn't have a key at all! All in all, the entire process was quick and easy. My key worked perfectly as well, no sticking in the lock at all like I've had happen with other duplicated keys I've had made in the past. Whenever I need keys made, the KeyMe kiosk will be the place I'll go!
I only gave three stars because I went into the store to use the kiosk to have keys made on the spot. I was upset to find out that the machine was out of the option I needed and their was not an option to have a person at the store help me. HOWEVER . The keys only took about 5-7 business days to arrived and they worked PERFECTLY. If you don’t mind waiting and having keys ship to you is okay this this is a 5 star option, if not then 3 star and waiting is okay.
