Mr Berk was very patient, informative and professional. In times like these he’s a breath of fresh air. I dealt with another lawyer briefly before him on another property I was hoping to close on but didn’t who was neither of the above. I would highly recommend him to anyone purchasing property and looking for a lawyer to protect your interests.

We have nothing but the highest praise for Peter Berk as our real estate attorney. Communication with him was excellent. He was readily available by email and phone. He would reply immediately or in a timely manner even on weekends and nights. We had a long, complicated closing process (no fault of Peter’s) and Peter was the best advocate we could have asked for. He is extremely knowledgeable, keeps the other real estate agents and lawyers moving along and totally works in your best interest. Plus he is very kind, honest and helps put your mind at ease when issues arise. Peter Berk earned our highest recommendation. We would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Peter L Berk did an AMAZING JOB! If your looking through reviews trying to figure out who can HELP YOU! Look no further. I did a ton of research and choose Peter and I’m GLAD I did! He answered questions thoroughly, explained to me every single detail, and made sure I WAS COMFORTABLE with the process. I also had help from Helena and she was a blessing as well! This is a firm you can trust and If I run into anyone I care about in a similar situation I will insist they give Peter a call. From my family to yours Peter and Helena thank you for your help!

I had found my family and myself In a difficult situation. I had nothing but worries, questions, and confusion. I came across Peter L. Berk and after talking ONCE the worry settled and I had clear understanding on what I could do to fix my situation. I did the whole google thing and it was a pain finding someone who could help. I talked to other attorneys and it seemed like they were interested in one thing money..... after nearly giving up I came across Peter L. Berk. NIGHT AND DAY!!!! Immediate clear answers.
