I absolutely LOVE treadfit! It is by far the best and most effective workout class I’ve ever attended. I was so nervous for my first class back in January but Mary Kate was so helpful, welcoming and explained everything. I’ve always felt very welcomed at Treadfit by all of the instructors and other participants should I ever have a question about an exercise or modification. Treadfit is perfect for all ages and ability levels and the instructors do a great job of suggestions and modifications. Highly recommend! ud83dudcaaud83cudffb ud83cudfc3‍♀ufe0f ❤ufe0f

I am so glad to have Treadfit in our neighborhood! Truly a place of zero judgement and FUN! As a beginner, I have felt welcome there from Day 1. Mary Kate and all of the instructors are wonderful at knowing my strengths and weaknesses, and pushing me to challenge myself more and more. I have gained so much confidence since I began attending classes here. If you enjoy workouts that are fun, loud, energetic, and VERY motivating- you will love Treadfit Palos!

My husband and i have both been going here since they opened and we LOVE the workouts! The classes are fast paced and fun with great music! Switching between the treadmill and the floor workouts guarantees time flies and you will get a great workout! 1st class is free and there are constantly specials to buy packs (i just got $10 classes on a 1 day sale)!

Very welcoming workout classes that are great for all fitness levels. After starting at a walking pace, I found myself running intervals and really getting faster and stronger. The instructors give clear guidance and encouragement without judgment. The mix of cardio and strength make the time fly and keep you pushing yourself. It’s also a beautiful space to help distract from the fact that you’re working out.

Treadfit Palos Heights is a great workout! Since it is broken up into different blocks of running and weights time flies. You never get the same class twice so it never gets boring. You can go at your own pace and there is never any pressure to “keep up.” Check it out if you are bored with your current workout regimen!
