I have been to the studio twice and each time was splendid. The knowledge of the instructors, sequencing and timing are so pleasing. I had Monica the first time and Grace the second and both were inviting, creative and just a pleasure to have guide me through my practice. Thanks and NamastenA. Hansen

Lovely little yoga studio in the far South suburbs. Inviting and friendly atmosphere with an intimate feel. Teachers provide clear instruction on alignment, additional support for beginning students, and gentle correction as needed for experienced practitioners. A comfortable studio that’s enjoyable for students of all levels. Also worth noting: class fees are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I just took my first class at this studio. Just after one class I know I will be going back. I already have my classes mapped out and look forward to signing up for a monthly membership. Beautiful studio, great location and parking is very easy. Class scheduled is varied and not the same old flow flow flow classes. Yes they have flow but they have a very nice mix of other classes to choose from. Take a look at this place. Give it a try. I think you will like what you see.

Great local studio! All the instructors are fabulous-I love how the small class sizes allow the instructors to provide one on one tips and cues. Every single instructor is very accommodating to all levels of abilities no matter what the class and they always find a way to modify things so that even beginners to advanced students can enjoy the same class. The monthly membership is well worth it if your schedule allows you to go to a few classes a week, or they have a new student week membership which is good to try out a variety of classes. Well worth checking this studio out! :)

I love it here!nI moved to Evergreen Park from the city 9 months ago and I searched quite a bit for the right yoga studio for me. I took a class on a whim one Saturday & I was immediately hooked.nEveryone is friendly and welcoming. Class sizes are very small so it feels very intimate and calming.nI look forward to class every week & I even got my husband hooked too.
