Very nice customer service. Fast and convenient. A little too much sauce tho. But all in all... very good.
Never in my life have I ever had to wait 3 hours for a pizza... Are you kidding me, 3 hours... a few weeks back the delivery man argues with me because he didn’t deliver everything...Then today 10/11 my Pizza never showed up... they delivered it to the wrong place.... the response I get... somebody must’ve stoled your pizza... the only good thing was I got my money back but 6pm... I finally get my pizza... but hey, it was cold. The pizza and the Buffalo wings, all cold.. the funny part, I live 4 minutes away from Pizza Hut .. Pizza Hut will never get my business again or at least this restaurant.... The management here lacks a lot,

I've always ordered on this place is the second time it's happened to me. incomplete order.nthis time I paid for an order of 18 chicken wings and they gave me 12 also never got my order on time wait 20 minutes more.nthere is no consistency in pizzas... bad experience. I won't buy any more in this place
Ordered online waited for an hour to call in and find out that they cancelled my order because they called “my number” and a guy told them I didn’t want it. Said they called several times. No calls from them, I’m not a dude, I wanted it. I was pretty confused but the lady didn’t budge from telling me she called me, no other explanation. Yet they looked up my correct phone number immediately when I gave it to them? Who did they call lmao
