The atmosphere and service here was absolutely wonderful. I went here for my birthday and got to have tons of delicious food. It was a very fun experience.nnBesides the occasional language barrier, you can pretty much make known what you want. Just check the review and the photos of this place and you can show them what you want to order.nnI would highly recommend this establishment.

Beijing Duck!nnWent for the Beijing duck, as some one born and raised in Beijing, I enjoyed many many different Beijing duck back in town and they were fantastic. Also tried plenty in NYC, Chicago, and LA.nnThe duck suppose to be flavorful from the wood and stuffing. even duck sound very rich in oil, it should not taste so mouthful, if cooked in the right way. What the imperial garden serve is lack of flavor. The wrap and condiments are very authentic though.nnI mean it’s not bad but it’s not that great either. If a restaurant put a dish in their name, I actually have had very very high expectation. That’s how the 3 stars rated. If I just “ran into” this restaurant, and noticed, “wow Beijing duck!”, it would deserve a 4 star, for the duck. I mean it’s so far away from Beijing.nnI also ordered some other foods, it’s not that good. 3 star at most.nnI would recommend Peony near downtown Bellevue for Beijing duck for now, I tried it, it’s better than here. And I will try Baron’s later as I was told that the best near in Seattle area.

Service 10/10nRemember to call ahead for the duck cause it takes about 45 minutes to cook.nThe sesame balls were a little hard but they were bigger than I expected. The deep fried pork dumplings 咸水角 were good and big too!nIt was so nice of them to give us the 椒盐鸭架duck bones for free because we waited.nThe actual duck was not bad. Skin could have been crispier and I couldn’t really taste the duck meat like in China. I really like ducks so I might be too critical.nWill probably be back for the dim sum.

Many years I have gone to this restaurant w/ my BBFF whenever I went to Seattle. So keeping the tradition going, I went again last Monday this time to celebrate her life. The Dim Sum was just as great as I remembered it. Bravo for keeping your food excellent along with the service.
