Will never go there again Linda sux as a cashier and is rude !
Service is sporadic at times sometimes good and at times very poor. On 11/22/19, I was patiently waiting in a long line. The cashier stopped waiting on the customers, when a man walked around all the people waiting and asked for food. The cashier left tho e customers waiting to put food in the microwave to cook for this man. I found this to be rude on both the cashier's part and the man's part. The man in front of me threw his money for his newspaper on the counter and walked out without waiting for the cashier to return to the counter. I don't blame him, as we were all waiting patiently. Without regard for the people waiting, the cashier never apologized for her inconsideration to the customer's in line. I live in this town and I now go out of my way to go to the 711 in Oak Lawn as I know my business is appreciated and I am treated with respect.
I love this place! Convenient location and there are always great deals if you have the 7-11 app. The food is always good and freshly made. Linda is the best and even when there’s a long line they nice through it quickly. I changed jobs 2 months ago and wish I could’ve taken this 711 with me to be by the new place. :D
