I had a wonderful experience with Courtney. I came to the dealership with my idea of what I wanted, but he took the time to really understand what my family needed. He went over pros and cons with my choices and helped me settle with a car that I LOVE!!!! He had great communication and amazing customer service.nnCourtney also had us work with his colleague Juan. He facilitated the best test drive I've ever had. He was informative and engaging, but not in the thirsty car salesman way. It seemed like he really cared that I understood the car and sharing knowledge in general. His service was amazing and I drove away having had a wonderful experience.nnI was so happy with 'Happy Hyundai'!

The service was very good and I appreciated the car wash! The service advisor was friendly and helpful and very apologetic when the service director didn't assign my maintenance to anyone so the first hour+ of my visit was just time wasted in the waiting room. The service advisor waived the cost of the oil change and even offered to buy me lunch, which was very appreciated, but it did not change the fact that by the time the mistake was caught and the work done I spent about 3 hours sitting and waiting for a simple oil change and recall issue.

Every time I come to Happy Hyundai, they treat me like family.. Always transparent.. and are always willing to accommodate with a shuttle or transportation... The sales team makes sure I know what the payoff on my car is and all options on a new purchase.... Without even asking... It’s feels good to know they are looking out for my best interest.

We wanted to make a very important purchase for our graduate. We told that there were many discounts available to make a deal we would consider. When it the paperwork came to us it reflected nothing but a ridiculously high price and no effort to made to win our purchase. We will work with another Hyundai dealer who is more than willing to make us happy. I am giving 2 stars only because our sales person started off nice.

I have been shopping for over 35 years at so many different Dealerships, but when I went to HAPPY HYUNDAI in Oak Lawn Illinois I received the BEST AND MOST RESPECTFUL greetings and they listen to my problems about being 100% disabled Vietnam Combat Veteran and how much I could afford, they put me into a new 2020 fully equipped Santa Fe SUV and kept me in my budget! I gladly say that Happy Hyundai is the best Dealerships I have ever seen or dealt with. I had to return my leased BMW to Ziegler's Dealerships in Orland Park Illinois and I had nothing but heartaches. Happy Hyundai Dealerships is a 5+STARS DEALERSHIPS AND I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE THEM YOUR FIRST CHOICE!
