I always have my cars serviced at the dealership near my home. However I reached out to Haggerty for a repair cost comparison quote not only were they significantly priced lower. They provided the same quality services and were time efficient no more waiting hours and hours for minor repairs and services. Great friendly staff and service I recommend the Haggerty Group!

My Service Advisor was Mike. He did a great job keeping me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He also advised me of what issues needed to be taking care of right away and didn't try to force unnecessary expense on me. I will definitely be back. I hope I'm able to work with Mike again. He made my experience great!

My experience was Paul was beyond my expectations. He was knowledgeable, honest and made me feel like I was making the best purchase available. The communication was perfect from the beginning to the end. Calvin was also provided friendly, knowledgeable service and making sure I knew everything that was available to me as a customer. I love my new Caddy! Thanks Paul and Calvin!

Paul, Katie and Schuster were GREAT. I didn't get a car but it wasn't because they didn't try. I was there 2 days straight and they treated me well. The second day while I was waiting, Katie had another sales rep (Frank) come and sit with me and make sure I was being attend to, he was very pleasant. I tried a few different cars but I have my heart set on a Buick Enclave or Envision. I will be back next year. I have no complaints at all. If you're looking for a place that treats you well while making sure you're extremely satisfied, this is the place. Thanks again guys ud83dude42

Nick was AMAZING!!! He was communicative and patient with me. I admit I needed him to dumb down and explain of what was going on with my Terrain and how my warranty worked. He did phenomenally. My truck runs better than it did when Carvana brought it to me 3 weeks ago! Please keep Nick around, he made me feel confident in the service I was receiving and that the quality of work being done was superior. I will be back (hopefully for maintenance only)!! I definitely recommend your service department.
