Rented Budget truck from them. Dealt with Bradley who went above and beyond!! He knew I was anxious and worried about flying in from Oregon and needing to get the right size truck to load up and drive over 2200 miles back home, and made sure all details were taken care of. Wish I lived near there to take my vehicles in for service as well!! Fantastic experience...very trustworthy...well done!

I come here from South Bend to service my Volvos and other cars. Bill is the first one who informed me about the correct oil to use for my car, and what sorts of things that actually need to be done at every oil change and what things don't. He explained everything and even printed out an informational sheet. Since then, I will drive back to have my cars serviced here. Establishing trust is key. For example, I needed my tired changed recently. Bill's prices were great--could I have shopped around and gotten cheaper? Maybe, but I'm not going to chance it. They treat me well, work quickly and thoroughly, and are honest, even if it means their profit will be a bit less. Bill is intimidating in a nice south-side Chicago way. He likely doesn't mean it, but he's just very south-side and doesn't take any b.s. (this is a compliment).nnI'm only here on weekends, and sometimes I can't get in, which means to me I've picked a great place since it's always busy.
I came to Bill’s for an oil change when they discovered one of my tie-rods ready to break off. I appreciate the fact that they did a small inspection even on an oil change because this would of ended bad for me. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and recommend others. Thanks guys
