This company really showed me there are good managers out there. We had a pipe burst and they were able to get to it that night somehow. The manager, Tom, is a stand up young man.
A Plus is a great company to work with. They were quick with responses, even on the weekends, and they answered all my questions professionally and at a level that I would be able to understand fully. I highly recommend working with A Plus.
Hello Google viewers this is an honest opinion about a plus. They manage old willow woods in prospect heights, unfortunately one the units I own. Everyone problem or issue I have they answer with a smart a** answer. All Im looking for is a management that can take care of the issues that come up and not just tell you someone that's not their duty and they can't give you info about anyone in the board of directors. If you guys don't that my hard earn money goes to keep you so called mangers have jobs. So please have some better customer service. Thank you for your time.
