I’ve been going to Dr. Dino for physical therapy for the past couple of months now. He is INCREDIBLE. His treatment is the best in all of the land, and no one else even comes close... I promise you! If you want to feel better and start functioning again, then go to Dr. Dino. Also, his deep tissue massages make me feel like I have Canadian healthcare. It’s great! Plus he makes me laugh. A+++. I HIGHLY recommend :)

Visited Dr. Dino for neck pain and headaches. He assigned me exercises to strengthen my back and my shoulders. He also added massages of my neck and manipulation of my shoulders and neck. The combination of these three things made my headaches go away and gave me more mobility in my neck. It is a very relaxing environment and his good humor made attending sessions very pleasant. He really cares about his patients. Unlike other therapeutic facilities, he spends the entire appointment time with you. I am thankful that I was referred to him.

I cannot recommend Dino and Active Life Therapy enough! I went in initially for 3 bulging discs from a marathon I ran months ago. Not only did he help to strengthen my core to strengthen my back but he also found underlying complications such as misalignments and weaknesses that impacted my love for working out and daily life. Now my hip AND my back feel great. I couldn’t be happier with the support from Dino and his facility. He answered any questions, had patience with me during frustrating days, and provided exercises and encouragement that I will continue to use!
