She is professional, friendly and keeps us up to date on health and recipes in her monthly newsletters. She has many workshops throughout the year so her clients can try new classes. She is the best!
I was experiencing some balance and strength problems 2 years ago. After not exercising for many years I decided to try Pilates. I love going to Intuitive Balance Pilates because the classes are small and well planned out and the pilates exercises are beneficial and gentle on your body. I highly recommend Intuitive Balance Pilates to anyone looking to get a fresh start on living a healthy mobile life.
I really like the variety of Pilates exercise offered at this studio. Every class is something new. The smaller classes allow for individualized training. Rikki not only helps to exercise my body but also to clear my mind of the daily stress!
The classes are individualized to the student's needs, affordable, and a lot of fun. I have been attending for almost two years and have noticed a difference in the strength and tone of my body. I highly recommend to all ages and for men and women. There are a variety of classes from stretching, Pilates, and HIPIC. Rikki is very accommodating and willing to work with schedules and needs. She offers classes, privates, and semi-privates. She is also conveniently located and easy to get to if you live in Schaumburg, Rolling Meadows, Hoffmann Estates, Palatine area.
