Every staff member I have encountered has been polite, friendly, and professional. They performed the service on my vehicle in an efficient and timely manner. The price was reasonable, even with going through a dealership. I am happy with the work that was performed, and I will go back again, as needed.

Excellent experience purchasing our car at Marquardt of Barrington. We had the pleasure of working with Tim M who was knowledgeable and friendly. He took the time to go over every feature and button on our Yukon Denali. All of the employees made the car buying experience fun and non stressful. Highly recommend!

I had made an appointment and was greeted promptly on arrival. I explained to the service writer my concerns and he said he would have the mechanic check each of them out. He also explained that the car was due for other services which I approved of and accepted. The car was done in the time frame mentioned and everything checked out and the findings explained. Very satisfied.

We just purchased our third Enclave from Marquardt. We have brought all our Enclaves into Marquardt for service. We never thought we could actually like or even trust a dealership, but we have both at Marquardt. The sales staff is friendly, kind and not pushy. The service staff always goes above and beyond for us. And we love the door to door service and the nice gentlemen who drop off/pick up our car. Highly recommend this dealership.
