Main complaint is that the cashier was not wearing a mask. Not incorrectly wearing a mask, but straight up not having one at all. This is during a pandemic AND when there is a statewide mask mandate (as the signs on the door point out). Obviously this business doesn't care about their customers. It's also just pretty run down overall. I regret stopping at this exit for gas and caffeine.

I have not had great experiences here. The staff does not great you or smile when you come in. Very gruff when you check out. I am always nice and tell them to have a great day and I never here them say the same back. I don’t stop here unless it’s a gas emergency now. Won’t be back with the way I am treated each time. :(

I see why they get bad reviews. I've tried twice to get a pizza and I've been told No! Once the oven wasn't turned on and the other time they said she was by herself and didn't have time!

My name is Alex Marschke I currently live in ogden and over the past two years being here i have experienced being yelled at and being rushed to get something when deciding on what I want to buy I also want to share about what to expect when going to this gas station 1 the bathrooms and pretty much of the place is not clean and would highly encourage you not use the restroom here 2 everything here will cost you an arm and leg just to purchase a phone charger 3 almost all the staff who work here are almost always rude and smoke but there is one staff member that I actually does his job and is very friendly his name is Derck and is the only one who isnt rude 4 do not go to this gas station unless you really have to and if you do go always expect a rude, rushing, and smoking staff member who will do anything to make you either ticked off or broke in the matter of seconds.

The gas station attendant that drives a Green Blazer is INCREDIBLY rude. She is an older lady with long blonde hair. She said my card at the pump didn't go through and that I needed to come inside to pay. When I tried to explain to her that my card did go through and that I didn't want to be charged twice, she became belligerent and screamed in my face all in front of my child. Moreover, neighborhood children have come to me in tears regarding this woman and up to now I didn't know what to think or do about it, though I did formally complain twice via a 1800 number another employee there gave me. Given that Ogden is a close-knit community, with lots of children and lovely families, I hope this review will shed a little light on this issue and something will be done.
