Showed up at 10am for a tire and the guy changing the tire had me out of there in 15 min or less with quality work and a very nice used tire with a lot of tred left on it. While me and my infant daughter waited his wife who works the front kept us laughing and smiling the whole time. I will be back and be sending my friends here. Great job guys!

I don’t normally write reviews but for this specific location I needed to. I’m only rating it 1star so I can write this review. The Belleville location deserves 0 stars. Their customer service is beyond horrible and very un professional. I went to this location a few weeks ago for the very first time on an emergency basis not knowing how horrible the service would be. But I highly believe in second chances and thought maybe they were just having a bad day so I decided to send my son today because it’s close to home. He called me while outside of Cheapies and asked if I knew of any other place because the female at the front desk had a horrible attitude and wasn’t going to give a business his money for some bad customer service. Wouldn’t recommend the Belleville location. You’re better off spending you money else where.

How they have 4.4 stars I have no idea I would maybe give them a 1 star rating.. very very unprofessional, customer service is horrible I would save my time and go with a service that will appreciate your appearance... I will say that they did get my rims changed at a good price after about 2-3hours of standing waiting for it to be done when I had one car in front of me and only one guy out of 5 was working.. I would only go here if it’s your last resort like me good luck!

Everything was horrible . He lost a piece to my car and just put another piece on there. On his phone the whole time and didn’t even pay attention. I paid $80 and another $56.08 was taken off my card and shouldn’t have been . When I called they was very rude so I advise not going to this place.
