Whoever was working the front counter tonight was the laziest worker ive ever seen in my life. Im standing outside freezing my tail off and she looks and me and picks up a phone call. She didnt direct me around to the drive thru or anything. I walked to the other entrance which was also closed. So then I walked all the way around to the drive thru and she was still on the phone. After a few minutes i left. What a waste of a large spinach tomato and mushroom pizza. So sad how its going to end up in the trash.
Asked for the pizza to be cooked a little extra, instead got an under cooked pizza. Was told it would be re-made, waited another half an hour to get the same pizza back, except this time it's burnt and covered in hut seasoning. Was not even close to being edible. Done ordering from this location.
Give pizza hut a second or third chance. They have upped their game.
Worst Pizza in town. The pizza was so dry and hard. Should have stuck with Casey's pizza like I always get. Says A lot when pizza from a gas station is better.
I recommend the Tuscola Pizza Hut. I ordered online and they had a small mix up but was quick to contact me and made it right. They did a small refund and had my order delivered in a very timely manner with very professional service.
