Kevin in the awesome machines dept is one of the most useless employees. Ask a question and you get an attitude and feel as if you are bugging or bothering him. I hate writing a bad review of a business I visit 2-3x a week all the other employees are helpful, great you with a hello and a smile. I am in so often most the cashiers know my name by heart for the rewards program they offer. I love my local hardware store but Kevin is not an asset to a good hometown store. The young kid working with Kevin today was more than helpful and as Kevin went to the back he apologized for Kevin’s attitude and lack of customer care. he said man- I’m sorry and I explained it wasn’t his fault and he went on to tell me that it’s horrible working with Kevin and my opinion of Kevin is the same with most customers. Such a shame that 1 employee can be so toxic that it lowers the moral of employees that have to work with him as well. Hope the dept improves in the future as I have made the decision moving forward to take my business elsewhere. Thanks

This place has handicap parking and handicap access, personal very helpful and friendly, this place offers automotive services and small engine services and aslo rentals, large variety of products
