As with most Dairy Queen's I have visited, ordering ice cream seems to be an overall better experience as opposed to ordering hot food. In my experience with ordering hot food, there is usually a long wait before receiving your food. According to the signs they are making your food fresh, although I don't know how much truth there is to this. The quality of the food is usually lacking.

I got a great meal from a lovely woman named Rose who had to work by herself this evening and I just wanted to say she did an amazing job!!

Food is always ice cold and old as well as very rude employees who just throw your food In a bag and dont care but sure like paychecks pretty sad dont recommended eating at southern hills mall location this is the 2nd time this has happened to me and i have contacted them but never hear anything back so

Not very friendly or professional and if you close the kitchen at 830 put out a sign or just close then.
