My 2 year old son dropped his one slice of pizza as I was paying for it and the girl would not replace it unless I paid double. I realize my son dropping his pizza was not the company's fault, but I have worked many years past in food service and it is common practice to help resolve those type of decisions. I will not be spending any more money at this establishment again.

Please teach your employees to understand english. I simple asked an employee how many meat balls came with an order. Because your employee did not understand english she started making a plate for me. I explained for the second time I wasn't ordering and that I had only a questions. She was mad when I walked away. Her fault.
