We were behind one car in the drive through. After they advanced to the pick-up window we waited 20 minutes before someone came over the loud speaker the take our order. We tried to give our order and the employee told us he couldn't hear us in a disgusted/sneering tone. We left without ordering. I would rather spend my money at a place I feel valued as a customer.
Super yummy. Only complaint I have is their rice always tastes old and rubbery or crunchy like it wasn't cooked long enough
Was not overly impressed with this place although it was the first time I'd ever eaten here. I didn't know what vegetables and that come in the entree's but I'll know next time in case it's something I'm not too fond of. That can really make a difference in taste flavor etc. And I'm fussy so not knowing it kind of ruined my meal. Picking thru it is never fun. Also never think that just because you like a certain dish at one chinese food restaurant that it will be the same at another because that is never the case. I found this out as well. Flavor was so totally not what I was accustomed to from where I usually order it from. Portions were fine tho.
Good food...if they have it. Went 30 minutes to close and had close to nothing left. Happens all the time. No crab racoon. No egg rolls. No chowmein. No fried rice. What kind of restaurant is this?
Ordered “pick up” online thinking could walk inside and pick up, but no, they make you go through drive through to get your “pick-up”food. You shouldn’t have a pick up time option on your online menu if you still have to wait the the excessively long drive through line to get the food you ordered online. Ridiculous. Will not be patronizing Panda Express again. And I just got home, opened the food I had to wait so long for and discovered I didn’t get what I ordered.
