Washington Electric installed a Standby Generator on June 2020 at my house.nnAs a mechanical Engineer with years of experience in design and construction of major engineering projects I rate this company as top notch. The manner in which they presented the scope of work and the estimate is very professional and detailed compared to other outfits that I asked an estimate for.nnThe cost estimate format Washington Electric presented me ( using photos & Excel spreadsheet) allowed me to make an engineering judgement on what items I need incorporated to the project to give me more bang for my buck.nnThe installation crew very knowledgeable on what they are doing, friendly and finished the job on time as promised. Also the crew left the work area clean of debris.nnIcing on the cake here is that the quality of the completed work (gas piping & electrical wiring) are all excellent.nnI want to mention too that Kathryn at the front office and Kurt a technician in the work crew are great and very responsive.

Very good experience. I got a very good price, everything was explained from the beginning setting up the correct expectations.nI got a whole house generator. The whole process was smooth. Actual installation happened in one day. City inspection went perfectly fine.nThey are following up with the maintenance like clockwork.

Technician did an annual PM on my generator to ensure it was in peak condition in case we need it. Did a nice job and explained all of his points of inspection. Very thorough and professional.

I shopped around a lot of places. Best price on a standby while house generator by far. We had no issues with setup and installation and they even gave us further discounts.

The purchase and installation of our generator was the easiest process we have signed up for. The crew was fantastic, even the guys crawling around in the attic and under the house with the new gas line were happy, energetic and skillful. The generator works like a charm. We had our first annual maintenance scheduled and performed. The young man was again very knowledgeable. Even when he was not sure how to set the WIFI, so the generator could talk to my phone, he stayed with it until he figured it our.nGreat company, great people.
