Chase and Josh did our annual Fall heating season check up through Total Care Club.nThe techs are always courteous and thorough and today was no exception. I appreciate this company’s commitment to quality work and well trained staff. They check out EVERYTHING!We will see them again in the Spring for cooling season checkup!

The team here was great! Timely communication with clear costs thru a major plumbing emergency. Work was done fast and came in under what was quoted. I will defiantly be using them in the future!

I called them and told them what I needed and they said they could do it. They scheduled an appointment with me review the job and possibly complete that day. The day came that they were supposed to show up and they called that day saying they would not make it. They then scheduled me for the next day. The next day came and they called me to let me know they would not be coming out because they would not be able to perform the job I had asked them to perform. That would have been nice to know when I called the first time instead I was excited and planning on having the mini split installed. I called two other companies and they had told me upfront that they could not install the mini split that I own. Big waste of time.

I had a leaking water heater so I called Dear Services and they had my water heater working again in no time. They were quick to get a tech out to my house, used safety precaution and were incredibly professional the whole time. Dear services will be my go to shop for all of my heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing needs. Thank you!!!

Terry, Puyallup: I had Dear Plumbing Service come out today to find a leak I it was having but could not find any water.. The service experts was Rick and Travis. They were super to work with. They find where I was having a leak. They had it fix fast and I was completely pleased with their workmen ship. They were keep everything clean and used all the safety measures needed during the C-19 virus. They took the time to explain everything to my husband whom is blind so he could understand what they going. I would recommend this company.
