Called to reserve a unit, was told, very curtly, that I had to do that online, so I did, which included paying a $25 reservation fee. When I got to Affordable Self Storage several hours later, mid-day, there was no parking lot, and the office was inside the locked gates. I called, they answered, nobody was at the location, and I was told, rudely, that they would call me when they got there, with zero indication of when that might be. Who does business that way? So I took my 26' truck full of furniture and went elsewhere.nnWhen I called to request a refund the guy was SUPER RUDE, and complained that I did not fill out all the information on the registration web-form. Hey A.S.S., here's a clue... if the information is REQUIRED then make that FIELD a REQUIRED FIELD, so the form cannot be submitted without ALL the information you REQUIRE. THEN take some classes on appropriate business practices and customer service.nnDo yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are soooo many other options.
Called about prices and the guy was so rude. Then I said never mind because they didn't have any of the small units and he hung up without anything else said. I would't trust them even if they had the unit I needed
Not even gonna bother. The guy on the phone was very rude. I'll find storage elsewhere
