Rica did a great job of helping me & my boyfriend! She answered all our questions-which were a lot, gave us great suggestions to try on, was super patient while we tried on all of them on and walked around the store. We both had never got 'custom' fitted for running shoes and Rica made the experience fun and non-intimidating! 10/10 would recommend.

He wasn't pushy, went through the fitting/sizing properly and I left very satisfied with my experience.nI have not been to the store prior so can recommend them to anyone looking to get expertise on the right shoe for your desired purpose. Great gear and nice people. However, there's sales people there that should be better at explaining their warranties.nnAlso, don't lie about what shoes you've used, it's obvious. You contradict yourself, just give tips or keep quiet

My experience was exceptional! Mr. Stewart was very knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed. He explained to me everything that he was doing and how it would help with my running.i am greatly appreciative of his approach and willingness to teach me. Definitely a return customer!

Best shoe shopping experience EVER!nPamela was my fit expert and she fully lived up to her title, EXPERT. She was very knowledgeable and kind - I had been running in shoes that were almost 2 sizes too small! No wonder my feet hurt! I had no idea what to expect shopping for shoes during a pandemic.
