Don’t usually do reviews, let alone bad ones but it’s the second time scheduling with them. First time they said I didn’t have an appointment when I made one over the phone so I rescheduled because mistakes can be made. They do quality work for sure. Had an appointment today that was confirmed and I showed the text thread. Somehow they said “I” cancelled it online. She made it very apparent that it was MY fault and that it cancelled at 11 pm last night when I confirmed it earlier in the day. I know for a fact I didn’t. I like their work but not the service.

They take such good care of my elderly dog, Emma. She loves to go and see Heather. Her haircuts are amazing and she always comes out looking adorable.

Love Green Dog Gromming! First time I bring my dog to be groomed here and I loved it! My appointment was with Sam, she was amazing! Very friendly and asked before hand how I wanted her to cut my dogs hair and he was groomed exactly how I wanted it☺ufe0fud83dude0d. Thank you Sam!

Absolutely LOVE Sam. Our boys always look so handsome after their grooming appointments. Sam is so sweet and gentle with them.
