Poor service. Took and hour and a half to receive two taco salads. Order online, they say. Never again. They didn’t offer to give coupons not a free meal. Terrible. Then he forgot the pop and had to bring it back. Meanwhile, I had called at 45 minutes, and he said, yes they are sitting here. So they were not even fresh when received. Never again at the NE Paul Revere’s, they didn’t care about their service obviously

They're always kind. They are always efficient. They serve the best pizza. it is always hot, delicious, and when you walk in if it is ready they will actually bring it out to your car for you. It is the best kind of service. I love going there. They treat their customers with the best intentions and it's just like home. It is one of my favorite treats. It is truly a joy going there and I love the pizza. I just truly love the pizza and I love the service period hats off to Paul Revere's

Ordered the Terminator and breadsticks 2 weeks ago and got the $24.99 offer for a 1 topping pizza. I placed the EXACT same order again and it was $31? I ordered 1 topping of pepperoni on 75% of the pizza. I then ordered 1 topping of mushroom on the remaining 25% of the pizza. No 2 toppings overlap on any part of the pizza. Only 1 topping but the 2nd time I placed the SAME order they said it didn’t qualify as a one topping pizza. I told the person they honored this 2 weeks ago. The employee walks over to a manager and points at me. He says “you deal with that...I am not going to argue with THAT!” The manager walks over and says he won’t honor the price as one topping. So I tell him I don’t want to pay $5+ more for having 25% of “1” topping as mushroom. I waited and the manager said nothing. So after 25+ years of being a Paul Reveres Pizza customer I walked out. I then ordered pizzas and breadsticks at another pizza company. I will not be ordering my usual 2-5 orders a month anymore. Customer service doesn’t exist so no need to have this customer.
