I was given the information about Jacobsen law office by a local customer who was a paralegal, she highly recommended them to me during my separation of my ex husband. They fought for me and my child, as well, fought for my parental rights . I'm so grateful for all their help and their unwavering assistance to get me all that I needed and deserved! I recently spoke with Brian Johnson regarding a very depressing situation with my son who I am trying to get visitation for. The staff was very warm and welcoming and they seemed genuinely concerned about me and my circumstances. I’ve spoken to numerous attorneys and staff and this firm is the only one who actually gave me hope! I would highly recommend!

I need legal representation for a personal matter... I called this firm first starting on Monday of last week. I was told I would receive a call back and didn't. So, I called back Tuesday, the woman that answered the phone was apologetic and assured me I would get a ca back Tuesday. Well, I didn't... called em late Tuesday, she apologized and said I would receive a call Wednesday. Well, that happened every single day last week and I never heard from anyone.nI called back the following Monday and got to speak with the office manager this time. She was also very apologetic, told me she didn't know what happened and ASSURED me now that she was involved that I would get a call back. Guess what....... still no callnCalled a new firm, explained the situation, got a call back about 90 minutes later, paid a retainer and now I have legal representation through another firm. I wouldn't spend my money at a firm that can't even inconvenience themselves enough over a 9-day period to make a 2 minute phone call.nnOnly reason I gave them a 2-star instead of a 1-star is because the ladies I spoke with were both very nice and apologetic...

While I wish no one ever has to go through a divorce I found their service to be the best. They answered all my questions and did so very quick. Would recommend
