Top quality strength coaches. My 15 year old son has made great strides in his strength for wrestling. Boston was able to help him recover from his knee surgery and was able to adapt the program design to meet his needs. Great community culture!
I absolutely love the atmosphere at Supernova Strength! I have been able to learn so much about strength training in just the few months that I have been here. They listen to your needs, they’re great motivators, make the time to help when needed, and best of all, make you feel like family. Definitely would recommend coming here to workout!
I started training at SuperNova to work on very specific training needs for my racing. Not only did they listen to what I thought my weaknesses were, they observed other areas I could make gains to improve my racing performance - they individualize your workout to you and I continue to see the results I hoped to achieve over a year later. They are great at what they do and are super friendly & professional. I not only trust them with my training, but my high school son also trains here for some additional strength gains for football & wrestling!
My 9 year old son and 10 year old daughter love the workouts Supernova provides. They do a great job explaining the exercises and make sure they are doing them correctly!
My High School son made huge gains in a short time and is continuing with it. They are great working with High School athletes!
