I have used this place many times before and I thought it was inexpensive until I went there and was charged $50 for 2 items. All of my previous experiences bringing these 2 items which were a comforter for a bed and a coat cost me less than $15 for each item. I don't know why they increased their prices so dramatically, but I can't afford to use them anymore. Also, it would have been nice to know they more than doubled their prices for clothing when I Dropped my stuff off but they have absolutely no lifted pricings for anything that they do.
We now go to the drive through. We had a place nearby but it closed. Being right off the interstate makes it convenient. Staff is always friendly. Since we have been coming here for years we have had a couple of issues but they were resolved to our satisfaction.
Does a wonderful job
Took in a shirt with a stain, they didn’t overpromise which I appreciate but overdelivered by cleaning the stain. These guys are reliable.
The people at Citywide Cleaners went way above and beyond by helping me out during a suit emergency where most other businesses would've said I'm out of luck. Excellent service! Thank you Citywide!
