I hired Stephanie to repurpose my wedding dress into a baptismal gown and Christmas tree skirt. Stephanie was very professional. During our initial meeting, she and I discussed the different options. A week or so later, I returned to her business and she had drawn up 3 different options. I chose the one that was most appropriate. Stephanie stayed in contact with me throughout the process. She finished it when she said she would. Both the baptismal gown and Christmas tree skirt are of heirloom quality- both are beautiful. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking for a seamstress or alteration services.
It was refreshing to visit Stephanie's.... So many tailors seem so snooty. Stephanie approached things as if she enjoys her work!
Stephanie did an amazing job on my wedding gown alterations. It was very last minute for that type of item but she was very honest, quick and easy to deal with. Made sure I was happy before I paid/left, gave excellent suggestions. Very comfortable and cool space. 10/10 would use again and recommend to anybody.
I worked with Stephanie to create two custom linen tunic dresses, and was so happy with her work. Stephanie listed to what I wanted, was communicative about the process, and up front with costs. Most importantly, the dresses she made were stunning. I feel so comfortable in them and they are incredibly versatile in my wardrobe; she truly listened to my needs and exceeded expectations.
A few tweaks to my formal gown and my dress went from drab to fab. It's amazing what can be accomplished with alterations. Stephanie delivered my gown on time and I was completely satisfied with the quality of her work. #alterations
