As long as this place is open they will have my business. I called right before close to make sure they had my the brand/size in stock but it went to the recording, but then they called me back and answered all my questions! Wonderful servicen They make sure the shoes fit and work for what you want. If you even have the smallest complaint about the shoe they are off to find a different one for you. It wasn't about getting people in and out they wanted you to be comfortable and get what works for you.

Clifton from Iowa Running provided the most exceptional customer service I have honestly ever experienced. I bought my husband some shoes and they accidentally got shipped to the wrong address. Clifton tracked the shoes down and had them overnighted to my house and kept me in the loop during the whole process. He offered to give me a $20 credit card refund because of the delay in delivery, but the refund never appeared on my credit card statement. I wasn’t worried about it because of the effort involved in tracking down the shoes and getting them to me. Well, I’m assuming after doing his accounting books/balances he realized the refund didn’t get processed so he mailed me a check and wrote me a letter explaining what happened. Absolutely incredible and just so impressed with the customer service of this store.

I had a very positive experience with this store. Both of the men were very professional and provided excellent recommendations and reviews of the various shoes. I was also very impressed with their customer service. While I did not purchase something the day I went in, I will definitely be back in the future!

Bought my trail shoes from them. Even tho Covid is going on they made it SO easy and the shoes were perfect!
