I went looking online and found the vehicle I wanted. The salesman, Brady, got back to me promptly and we worked out a deal over the phone. He was very courteous and polite. After I made the decision to purchase, he arranged to have it delivered. Brady himself, drove my new vehicle an hour and a half to my home and picked up my trade. I signed the papers there never having to leave the comfort of my home. Now that is A+ customer care. I found the service was exceptional and I would most definitely recommend this dealership. As an out of state buyer, Braden and the team made the process of purchasing a used 2019 Ram Longhorn 1500 seamless. Through videos and phone, I was able to find the vehicle I wanted and they made it happen. Being out of state they were able to deliver the vehicle a few days after purchase. Definitely recommend!
McGrath has a lot of nice employees and it's always been great dealing with them. They're one of the best-known car dealers in this area and it's no secret why, the customer service their knowledge and the way they run their business is a testament to why they're so popular and big!! Bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Limited from McGrath. Probably the best car buying experience I have ever had, I can't say enough good things about Jared. Professional and helpful, none of the usual sales tactics, it was actually a pleasant experience! Left the dealership and a deer ran into the side of the truck on the way home. Brought it in the next day and they were able to source the parts and get me in the next week. Excellent service all around. I highly recommend Jared if you are looking to buy a vehicle!
We worked with Phillip Moffitt and had a great experience overall. He took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed to make a decision, and was quick with answers to questions etc... We've had a couple of questions after the sale (spare keys, copies of documentation), and have been able to get get quick and helpful service on those as well. Would recommend to others.
