I came in with not a lot of hope of being able to get in a vehicle. Alen was super helpful and walked me through the application process. Assured me Carhop helps all types of credit. I wasn’t getting my hopes up because of being denied elsewhere. 20 minutes after filling out my application I got approved and couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend coming here for your car needs. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable!
Super helpful and very courteous. It's been a rough year for getting a vehicle and Doug, Kylie and Alen, all 3, have been working with me to get the vehicle I needed and wanted. Was worth the wait and I'll come back again. I appreciate the teams help. Thank you.
I have to say that I enjoyed my time applying for a car through CarHop. Alen was incredibly polite, and was able to help multiple people on his own while maintaining social distancing guidelines. He was polite and respectful. He made sure he had all the information needed together before it was sent in to be approved, and then checked back every so often to see it's progress, and when there was none he called to check on the progress personally. I will be recommending others go here if they need a car.
Awesome experience with carhop they got me in a great vehicle the same day I went in. They are very up front and open about everything. they don’t try and get you into a car that does t fit your life or budget. I would definitely go here if your looking for a vehicle
