Service was great and i loved the video you sent me checking over the car. Only reason i gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because when my tires were rotated it set off the tpms light and message and was not reset like was stated in the invoice. I reset it myself which is not a big deal. It's just a minor overlook and techs did a great job otherwise.

My dealer was Landon. He was so down to earth and made the process easy and smooth. I'm very happy with my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas. I will definitely be coming back to McGrath in the future and I recommend Landon for anyone in the market. Hope to see you at the dog park with Nova, Landon!

We purchased a Truck from them and traded in our Explorer. That went pretty smoothly.... now over 40+ days and 2 payments on the traded in vehicle..... I still don’t get any answers. Save yourself time and money!!!!

3 months ago I traded in my SUV for a larger vehicle for my growing family. I worked with Damon whom came off as a down to earth and honest guy. However, clearly the rest of the McGrath team were not so trustworthy. Within a few days of trading in my vehicle, the new vehicle was having a noise coming from the engine and it had also died on me a few times while driving. I brought the vehicle back into McGrath before the 2,000 mile warranty because of the noise and I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle. I then made an appointment at a car shop to have the vehicle looked at. I then found out that not only was the flex pipe corroded and getting ready to fall off but the vehicle was also in need of a tune up! Unfortunately, I was about 50 miles over the 2,000 mile warranty when finding this information out. These issues alone will cost over $1,000 to fix! I am very upset and will never visit another McGrath dealership again nor recommend McGrath to anyone in the future! Never have I heard of a dealership selling a vehicle in need of a tune up let alone with corroded exhaust pipes! I am also upset because I brought the vehicle back to McGrath and was told nothing was wrong when I know the corrosion of the exhaust should've easily been seen by them! I have 4 kids that ride in this vehicle and I now have a vehicle that is very loud and let's out exhaust fumes! McGrath took advantage of me being a woman and also took advantage of the fact that I'm on a fixed income. They are disgusting!
