Easiest buying experience I've ever had. I'm an out of state buyer so there's a tremendous amount of faith involved in a car purchase. I saw a vehicle online, called Cory at Houdek, and was able to work out a time to fly up to Iowa to buy the truck. When I arrived, everything was ready to go. I wasn't at the dealership for hours like most experiences. I was in and out taking my new truck back home. Thank you for the great experience.

Corey sold the car we wanted to someone else while we were waiting for their call back, the same day! They are only about the sale and not the customer. This was my daughters first experience trying to buy a car on her own. If you want your heart broken go here to buy a car. We even called and left a message a couple hours after we were there to see what he found out if they could come down at all in price. They never called back so we called again and they sold the car we wanted to someone else the very same day. TERRIBLE customer service! :(nnYour response to this review unfortunately proves the 1 star rating. I never even said what you quoted I said. We clearly left there stating we wanted confirmation you could go down to what you said you thought you could or if you could do any more and you said you’d see what you could do and call us back. We actually wondered why you couldn’t just check while we were there. You should have had the decency to do what you said you would do before selling it to the next customer. We dont know what it takes to hold it so we went off your word you’d actually call back. It’s a done deal now and unfortunately a lot of heartache caused to us which won’t be forgotten. Maybe if you would have called back timely after we tried to call you back twice we could have known what our options were.nnYou are the liar, I simply asked if you could be honest and tell the other buyer you screwed up and it was on hold with us as it should have been. So now on top of everything else you’re calling me the liar! W.o.w. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!

I recently bought a BMW from Houdek Auto Center and had a wonderful experience. Cory was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and provided information without pressuring me to buy an automobile. I was able to test drive the vehicle on my own and Cory even gave me tips on where to go for the best test drive. Houdek Auto Center also offers a good warranty option that is available for purchase to provide peace of mind if you are interested. I live in Des Moines and was having a difficult time finding a ride to Marion to pick up my BMW and Cory was able to help me get the car delivered to Des Moines at a fair price. Overall I had a great experience buying a car from Houdek Auto Center and will be sure to keep them in mind for my next auto purchase.

TRULY a 5 star experience! Cory was beyond great in helping us find the right vehicle. He was patient, knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Can't wait to return for our next car! I don't ever leave reviews, but my experience at Houdek was incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
