Never have half of what’s on the menu
Usually they're very good, even late at night. But tonight, I stood at the counter for a solid 5 minutes while the associates yelled at eachother, scrambled around trying to get things under control, and somehow still didn't serve any food to anyone both inside and in the drive thru. Nobody even came to the counter to take my order after standing there for 5 minutes. VERY unhappy.
Every time I order. There is ALWAYS something messed up. Sandwiches is the biggest thing. They NEVER do my requests right.nThe only reason I continue to go back is because I like there shakes and fries. Seems to be the only thing I do get and it's right.
Being in food service for 6 years, you NEVER touch your face and your body with the gloves on WHILE making someone order and this lady has the nerve to touch her self all over while rubbing her grimey hands all over my sons shake. She never changed gloves either, luckily my son didn't touch the food or hardly touch he shake. I did ask to have the shake remade.
Bad service,slow and we were the only ones there,and don't have a clue how to put a sandwich together
