Community savings bank has charged my card twice, multiple times, for things. I'm talking OVER 6 or 7 times. I will have just got paid and my account will be negative, then over night it's back to the correct amount. They blame it on shazam and always try to fix it but I'm pretty sure they tricked me into paying overdraft fees multiple times around this. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM
My husband and I have been a member since at least 2010! The staff are always super friendly and remember you! They are always ready to help right away when I come in! If there's ever been a strange charge on our account they always catch it right away and contact us. We love being part a family-owned bank here in eastern Iowa! ud83dude0a

I have personally never experienced slow service, and the staff has ALWAYS been super friendly, super helpful, and they always remember me!! I definitely feel like I made the correct choice in Banks!
