Would not recommend Collins community to anyone! Please make sure that you do as much homework as possible before choosing a bank. I’ve been with them for years, even have a car loan with them. I’m religious with my payments and even pay extra every single month. They will take advantage of you and will give no options to resolve anything. Glad to say I closed my accounts and currently working on moving my loan!!
We've banked with them for over 20 years. Always impeccable service, and now our daughter is getting a mortgage with them. Dana made the experience as pleasant and least stressful as possible. Highly recommend.
