Writing as an employee. Not only does Guckenheimer treat their employees immensely well, but the food is delicious and is very high quality. There is a thoughtfulness everyday when preparing the menu.nThis is a great little cafe tucked into the REI headquarters in Kent. When I started, I was shocked to see how reasonable prices are! Where regular espresso coffee is anywhere between 4.50(and that's rare) to 7, we serve latte's for less than $4, up to 20 oz. In a 12 oz, there is always 2 shots of coffee.nI love companies that care about people, customers and employees alike. When in a business partnership, caring for your employees reaps the benefit of an employee reciprocating that same care for their employer, the customers and the entire business.
