This location is a great example of why I don't think minimum wage should be raised for jobs that don't require a person to have any skills. I've only gone to this one a few times simply for convenience. I order two of the same meal the exact same way. The person taking the orders does not pay attention. She told me to go to the next window without even asking about my drinks until I asked her. She was the one at the payment window and I waited for my receipt which she didn't seem to want to give me. I get to the window for my food and get everything quickly but the girl seemed so off put that I stayed a moment to ask for ketchup. The drinks and the burgers were wrong. I only give two stars for speed and the fact that it was warm. Maybe the manager here is too focused on speed over quality because the employees seem to worry about that over everything else. I'd be more understanding if there was a language barrier, but that isn't even a factor.

Mixed bag. Some days everything is moving smoothly, and orders are completed as it should, accurate, fresh, with friendly service. However, some days, you could be waiting almost 15 minutes for a couple of cheese burgers. Lobby and restsrooms are always clean whenever I visited. Parking lot is clean and well maintained. Getting in and out of the parking lot is a little tricky of you have to make a left. There is a double yellow line on 212th so technically you cannot turn left in and out the store lot, but I see cars doing it all the time. On West Valley, a left turn is also tricky because of backed up traffic at a very busy intersection.nIn the morning they are so interested in getting everything so fast that accuracy is apparently is not important. Twice now my order is wrong and ended up waiting 15 minutes for the order to be fixed.
