I was repeatedly blown away with Deanna's work in helping me find the right house and then guiding me to my first purchase of a home in July, 2016. Zero pressure--just perfect assistance, promptness, kindness, and thoroughness in her research and guiding me through the process.nnDeanna contacted me through Zillow after I had expressed interest in a home. She began assisting me right away in setting up tours of more homes I was interested, and even when I told her I might just rent instead, she pointed me to excellent places to continue my search. When I came back around to wanting to buy, she was back on board.nnI did not know how complex purchasing a home could be, and so I was tremendously to have Deanna completely guiding me through the process. She was excellent with research, negotiations, teaching me about every aspect of the house I eventually wanted to buy so I could get the best deal. And from beginning to end, I never felt an ounce of pressure.nnI don't know what normal is for working with realtors--but Deanna set a bar that I don't think is surpassable.
