The wait was longer then expected on two of the times... came round 4-7pm every time so it’s that staff ... they were nice(staff) but messed my drink up too thick (frostbite) no Carmel... told me I had to come back now(when I explained to them I can’t be late) or I couldn’t get a exchange... I was beyond irritated ud83dude24 I spend way too much money and tips and it was a 24oz just a waste! I feel like they rush and dnt make drinks as should ! Be advise taste your drink !!!! ud83dudea8ud83dudea8ud83dudea8
When I went through around five am this morning, stellar service from the one employee, just went back at 8am and the additional employees were unpleasant, kinda snotty, and made my drink wrong. One also was wearing her mask on her chin.nTo summarize early sunday=very goodnMid-morning Sunday=not great
I went late Thursday night and Ashley did a fantastic job listening and making my drink efficiently and quickly. She went above and beyond what I ordered and was polite and cheerful. I was happy with my expert here and I will likely be coming back again.
Go Samantha & entire team! Always serving the best drinks made with love and respect. Always following customer request. Can’t say same for other locations. These guys will always stay in my books
