Made an appointment twice just for no one to be there. Times scheduled to be open 11-7. No one available to help. Why have times up if no one is gonna be at the location. Called customer service 4 times. The first 2 times was put on hold for 15 minutes each. The 3rd time. The lady was nice and helped a bit. The 4th time the lady was not helpful at all. Will not be returning to Jackson Hewitt.

Lindie Hunter was fantastic to work with! She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and explained things in a way I was able to understand. Because of her, Jackson Hewitt will have a return customer in me.
