I just want to say I am not a coffee drinker and your employee Vanessa step by step helped me get my friends order correct she is awesome. Good service is so hard to find and this one was Fantastic! Not so nice staff.
I used to live near this starbucks and went through many mornings on my way to work. I've moved and am no longer anywhere near this location. Today I had to drop off my Puppito at the vet for his dental cleaning and ended up in the area of this Starbucks. As always, I ordered my Chai Tea Latte. Got to the office, had that first sip and it was a Choir of angels-shaft of light-spititual moment. Yum-Factor-5000!! The team at this Starbucks not only makes, IMHO, the BEST chai tea latte but also excels in friendliness and exemplary customer care/customer service. I will NEVER miss living on Kent East Hill....but I really do miss the amazing team at this Starbucks and being able to get this quality of latte happiness and great service on a regular basis.
My second favorite starbucks. My first choice is the sumner location.
I go every Sunday. Love It when Christy takes my order- she’s genuinely happy to see the regulars. Great staff and great coffee. It’s the place to go for a pick me up.
