Great local business I go here at least once a week. Drinks are very filling and have lots of fresh fruit. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Their flavors are fresh, aromatic, and very experimental. I recommend the Rose grapefruit jasmine tea with cherry boba. The dirty avocado smoothie is also interesting, not something you'd want all the time, but if you're hungry and tired, it's filling and caffeinated. Neat
They have good drinks, however, their service is poor. There was more than 1 occasion where I came across poor service. For example, I called and made an order on the phone and as I made an order, the person straight up said what I ordered was weird. That was a bit rude to say over the phone when a customer is ordering. There should not be any judgement towards the customer.
The drinks were fine but really overpriced, it was a little over $7 per drink after tax. That would be an understandable price for Seattle but we’re in Kent. Additionally I ordered fresh milk drinks but they added milk tea instead of milk so that was unusual and gross. I’m not sure if I’ll come back considering there are cheaper options in the area.
Excellent customer service! The bubble teas there are made with passion and excellent quality. You can tell they put work into their products.
