First time ordering from here. Nice staff and cute place. The tapioca was good, right texture and all. However, the “milk tea” was the worst I’ve had. It tasted worse than those powder mix “milk teas”. Way too sweet and watery, no tea taste whatsoever. Unfortunately I won’t be going back

The worse place to go to. I got a boba latte and it was so disgusting. Tasted like straight milk , when I kindly let them know they just told me straight up you just have to pay for another drink and that’s so unprofessional. Starbucks that’s a higher class rank switches your drink out if you dislike your drink. Never again. Disrespectful and disgusting drinks.

This boba tea isn’t “my thing” and my 10 year old was determined to get some. I don’t like anything that floats in my drink including those bubble things (lychee) that you can add to ur drinks. I was totally confused on why anyone would add these colored bubbles to a beverage that look similar to the bubbles in scented home fragrances, but apparently, they make drinking this stuff fun. Shrugs!!! My daughter had the strawberry yukult and to be honest, it was just okay. Tasted like a sherbet ice cream with. A none fizzle soda mixed inside. It was $7 and overpriced.

I've ordered (via UberEATS) from here about 4x and of those 4x they've messed up 2 orders. I've tried to give them an opportunity to make it right by calling to convey this issue and was met with an attitude from a young lady. Definitely not worth the frustration. Glow Tea is far better anyways.

Drinks are always solid - it can be pretty sweet but you can adjust the sugar level to your liking. Service can be slow, but understandable, especially when you have 1 or 2 people working and 10 people in line.nnThey’re doing a really good job considering what’s going on right now so, I don’t see why all the bad reviews.nnMy favorite is the Hokkaido black milk tea w/ golden boba and the brown sugar milk tea w/ golden boba.
