Working with one of the male tellers through the drive-thru was an extremely pleasant and hassle-free experience! He was polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for a stellar banking experience. I'm always in and out within a few minutes even with a packed drive-thru. Seriously, this is one of the best banking experiences I have ever had. My wife and I have both personal and business accounts with Wells Fargo and we do most of our banking at this branch. The staff is great, friendly, professional, and they always remember our names! Even when we just moved here. I could not recommend a bank more fully than this specific Wells Fargo Branch.
I called them at around 9:25 a.m someone picked up the phone and disconnected it. They charge you monthly service fee, of $10. They also say that if you swipe your card 10 times in 30 days this service fee is waived. However, this was not the case with my account. Every time I had to remind them that an excess fee of $10 was being charged in my account. Every time you meet a banker they will apologize and reverse the fee. Do expect to be charged $10 the following month. NEVER, I MEAN NEVER buy any sort of car insurance from them.
