I’m only leaving one because there is no zero! My family had been banking with this horrible company for over a year and not only have they locked up our account while we were out of town leaving us stranded (yes we told them we were leaving) but they were having technical difficulties supposedly. They have tried to control our money denying us checks when we have money in the account, told us we couldn’t get a pay day loan and forced us to go through them to get a loan. They refused to give my husband his money until he made a payment on the loan and he did the payment and set up a payment arrangement for the remainder they then proceeded to tell us until we pay the rest mind u this is 200.00 nothing big and we communicated when my husband lost his job to them and everything they told us that we couldn’t use our checking account any longer. So be aware of this company!
I love my bank. However, they need to fix the hours open on the website. If you already have hours for drive through, then make the first half show lobby hours.
I have been a member for more than 40 years. Kim, Brian and Cassie have helped me with various transactions. They are always pleasant to work with.
